Construction on the Athletics’ new Las Vegas ballpark continues to move forward, with the team now adding more details around the premium spaces and partnerships planned for the 2028 opening.
🥩 The Athletic Club will be a 290-seat, all-inclusive steakhouse and lounge behind home plate, with private access for top-tier season-ticket holders. That inventory is already sold out.
📍 According to the team, about 76% of those buyers are from Southern Nevada, and nearly 70% are individuals rather than businesses.
🎰 Circa has also signed on as a founding partner and will operate branded entertainment areas, including seats next to a dugout and another space in the outfield.
🏗️ On the construction side, the project also hit another milestone with the third steel truss for the roof now in place.
What is interesting here is how much of the strategy is about more than baseball. The ballpark is being positioned as an entertainment and hospitality destination, with premium food, private clubs, resort partnerships, and high-end experiences built into the real estate itself.
