🏬 University Place will launch UP Social on September 16, creating Chapel Hill’s first entertainment district.

🥂 Guests 21+ will be able to purchase alcoholic beverages from participating restaurants and carry them throughout designated areas of the development.

🍽️ Initial participants include bartaco, Silverspot Cinema, Stoney River Steakhouse and Hawkers Asian Street Food.

🛍️ The launch comes as University Place continues its redevelopment, with Barnes & Noble, Postino Wine Café, Bliss Nail Spa and HomeSense also planned.

📍 Similar concepts are already operating at Downtown Raleigh, Village District, North Hills and Southpoint.
