The Kroenke Organization is planning a 52-acre mixed-use neighborhood in Woodland Hills as part of nearly 100 acres it acquired in 2022.
The anchor will be the Los Angeles Rams’ permanent headquarters, with more than 350,000 SF of facilities.
🏟️ Plans also call for a 150,000 SF indoor practice facility with seating for up to 2,500 people.
🎤 Two indoor entertainment venues are proposed nearby, with capacities of 5,000 and 2,500 seats.
🏢 More than 3 million SF is planned for residential uses, along with nearly 2 million SF of retail, office, hotel, and entertainment space.
🌳 The project also includes more than 9 acres of public open space, along with solar power, stormwater reuse, and LEED-equivalent sustainability features.
What stands out is the scale of the mixed-use component. The team facility is really just the anchor for a much larger neighborhood built around residential, retail, office, entertainment, and public space.
